Introducing... Miss C

Hello! I would like to introduce you all to a lovely young lady by the name of Caitlin. She is the 13month old daughter of our good friends Kieran & Becky. Miss C shall be making regular appearances on my blog as many of the layouts I do are of her. She brings so much joy, love and laughter to our world and we are so lucky to have her and her wonderful parents in our lives. So here is a layout I did this afternoon starring Miss C and her fabulous pink hat. I was a bit apprehensive about using the bright pink as a base because there is so much pink in the photos, but I think it worked out well. I've also attached a template of the layout (including measurements) for your own personal use. Hope you like it!

Father's Day Gift

As most of you would know it was Father's Day Yesterday. This year I wanted to give my dearest Papa something a bit different and special from the usual shirt and tie combo. So I set about creating him a book of ten reasons I love him so much. I used a basic chipboard board book and Kaiser Craft Papers and Bazzill cardstock. Embellishments were a mix of things I had in my stash including Basic Grey felt stickers and chipboard alphabets. Sorry the pics aren't the best... today's been rather grey and not that conducive to taking nice snaps. Hope you like it anyway. I know one or two tears were shed yesterday when it was revealed.

Hello Cyberworld!!!

Hello everyone! So I have decided to jump onto the net and create my own blog to share all my creative ventures... Why I hear you ask? Simple, so that I can share my scrapping and creative side with all my family around the world. I am, and those of you who know me will agree, a lover of scrapbooking and card making and quite often spend my days off scrapping instead of attending to the other responsibilities of daily life. I hope that if you have somehow stumbled across my humble little space in the cyberworld, that you enjoy your visit and find some inspiration from my little world.
